We’re excited to announce that our translation system has been upgraded! Starting this Monday, we’ll be using a state-of-the-art Large Language Model (LLM) to translate and generate English subtitles for our videos.

What does this mean for you? The subtitles will now have a more natural, human-like feel, offering a smoother and more accurate experience than before. No more stiff translations—the AI will ensure the language flows as if written by a native speaker!

To help you identify the upgraded translations, any video using LLM-generated subtitles will come with the tag [LLM engsub].

9/15/2024: Switch to using Meta-Llama-3.1-70B-Instruct instead of Meta-Llama-3.1-8B-Instruct for subtitle generation

12/27/2024: Proceed to use llama-3.3-70b-instruct to generate subtitles
